I guess the question I have is this: if we go through this entire process, including hand counting ballots, and the end result is that there was proven interference in the 2024 election, what is the recourse? Who can do anything about this? With the Supreme Court in Trump's pocket, a Republican Congress who is terrified of him, and a DOJ led by Pam Bondi (who is criminally loyal), I just have so little hope that anything changes. 2026 elections are the ONLY option we have at this point to change our future and I'm so scared they won't be fair and free.

Exposing attempts to corruptly manipulate elections is critical evidence that cannot be ignored. Importantly, it provides a template for other districts to follow. When you have collected the receipts the independent media will publish them faithfully. If enough anomalies are observed and documented, it delegitimises the whole election. If people are informed and opposed to what this government is doing, they have a chance to challenge, lobby for change and refuse to accept the status quo. Good luck!

Why is it criminal to be loyal and use the Constitution when the Opposition just ignores it

I’m of the belief that the election was rigged. Without the technical support of hardcore evidence, I’m going no further than knowing full well, the man in the Oval Office is a 79 year old drug addled wastrel. He’s totally unfit and unqualified to serve as a career criminal, with multiple proven ties to global criminal syndicates!

Until we solve the technology issue of how the votes were rigged… we will have to live under the transnational criminal syndicate masquerading as our republic.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to make sense of how this election was stolen Michael!! Many thanks from a grieving old guy, who’s sick of the vitriol, ugliness and ignorance of the current administration and those who voted for this!!

History may well end up showing that, but there's a lot of owrk to be done to prove whether or not it really happened. At least these folks are doiing something useful.

I appreciate yours and anyone’s help in searching through the myriad of votes and tabulations for evidence of a stolen election. Figuring out how it was carried out, with proof would be substantial. Trump bragged of his and Elons little secret, this should be the first leg of an investigation!

Michael, thank you for your rigorous analysis of this case. Out of all of the statistical analysis and speculation by various academics and political observers, Smart Elections seems to be the only organization making any progress towards definitively proving whether or not there was any manipulation of the 2024 election and, if there was, how it was accomplished.

It's imperative we get to the bottom of this before the 2026 midterms, because if Trump has figured out how to corrupt the ballot counting in key election districts, he can maintain Republican control of the House and Senate no matter how unpopular his policies such as the "Big Beautiful Bill." If this happens then America will have become an autocracy and the only solution will be people taking to the streets in massive, sustained protest. That's when things can truly turn ugly and violent.

Greg Palast has investigated the voter purge since 2008, according to his investigation over 3.5 Million voter suppression cases have occurred in this last election. Many of which are well documented.

According to Palast, Harris not only won the popular vote, but received enough of the electoral college votes to secure a comfortable win!!

While the official ballots are held hostage for 1 year, Trump is busy trying to sue elections officials… does that bring pause to anyone here??? It damn well should!!!

What I’m waiting for is someone (or multiple someones) with deep knowledge of this whole clusterfk to write an essay on what might happen if the evidence is so irrefutable that the Supreme Court finds the bastards guilty. Then what? Or even if the orange satan and his tribe testify “yes, we did it and here’s how. Now go away, we are in the middle of turning this country into a dictatorship as promised in Project 2025; what are you going to do? Sue me? Put me in prison? My militia is bigger than your army, so STFU or you’ll also end up in one of my 100 concentration camps.”

Nice seeing something you didn't strive to debunk lol

I think it's obvious what happened. Kamala was winning. Trump was one inch away from epilepticus. He stole the election using a smorgasbord of tactics that converted Kamala's margin of victory to himself.

I remain certain that if someone with the right skill sets and connections puts in the legwork they will discover my hunch is true.

So the fact that there were known concerns by serious people re US voting machines back in 2008 allowed Trump to claim that the 2020 election was "rigged" and that he won the 2016 election despite "rigging". Worrying.

I have always been a fan of Rod Serling's Twilight Zone. Last night, after a long day of disappointing news and not much to watch after 9pm, I tuned to a channel 4.2 on my local antenna. It's the H&I channel which normally has "rat patrol", "combat", and stories from the WW2 bombing of Germany on a Saturday night. However, at the moment, the "Rod, white, and blue" marathon had an episode for some reason I had missed somehow! It was about a Nazi prison camp SS guy coming back to Germany from South America in the present to see the remains of a camp he was over. He was confronted by the ghosts of his victims. He was put on trial by them. He was made to feel the pain of what he did to them as his sentence. The last scene was of an emergency crew coming to try to help him in the present. They saw none of what he saw. They only knew that before he collapsed he appeared to have gone crazy!

I saw this detailed episode as a presentation of what was completely wrong with the horrible way the NAZIS treated their victims. I also saw the connection to ICE, camp alcatraz, the huge money being provided to them, and reports from Abrego Garcia about torture at the hands of El Salvadorans. Expansion of this kind of human SLAVERY in our time and in our country has no place under our prison system currently in America. It's relationship to NAZI fascism is disturbing 😐 to say the very least. This to me is a very good reason for Steven Miller to be indicted for human rights violations that even the Geneva convention was written against much less our own bill of rights, rits of habeas corpus, and constitution as they still stand in affront to the desires of this madman!!!!!!!!!!

The famous quote, "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" is attributed to Admiral David G. Farragut.

Here's a breakdown of the context:

Who: Admiral David Glasgow Farragut, a flag officer of the United States Navy during the American Civil War. He was the first rear admiral, vice admiral, and admiral in the US Navy.

What: He gave the order during the Battle of Mobile Bay in 1864.

Why: During the battle, the bay was heavily mined with tethered naval mines, then called "torpedoes". When one of his ships, the USS Tecumseh, struck a mine and sank, other ships in the fleet hesitated. In the face of this danger, Farragut, positioned high in the rigging of his flagship, the USS Hartford, issued the order to proceed.

The Quote: While the phrase is usually shortened, the full command he purportedly gave was, "Damn the torpedoes! Four bells. Captain Drayton, go ahead! Jouett, full speed!". "Four bells" indicates full speed ahead.

Significance: Farragut's bold leadership and determination were crucial to the Union fleet's victory at Mobile Bay, which was a significant blow to the Confederacy.

While the exact phrasing of the quote has been debated by historians, the essence of the message - to push forward despite the danger - remains a legendary part of U.S. naval history.
