I continue to admire the intellectually honest, fact-based logic that Michael Sellers adds to his posts. When he states something it is measured, thoughtful and not given to speculation unless he states it is.

We have explored this question here in detail a few weeks ago. As I recollect, many of us agreed, that a formal recruitment would have been unnecessary and risky due to his personality disorders. On the other hand, he bought advertisements in leading newspapers with the messages of the KGB: de facto carrying out an active measure “on behalf” of the Russian intelligence.
